DrivePadi Technologies takes insurance and protection very seriously. We offer various insurance coverage and protection options for our guest and car owners.

Insurance Coverage:

All trips taken through DrivePadi Technologies are covered by our insurance policy. Our insurance policy includes:

  • Liability coverage for guest and car owners in case of an accident.
  • Comprehensive and collision coverage for car owners to cover any damage to their vehicle.
  • Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage in case the other driver involved in an accident does not have enough insurance.

We provide this insurance coverage to ensure that all guest and car owners are protected in the event of an accident or other incidents during an active trip.

Protection for Car Owners:

We also offer protection for our car owners through our Host Protection Plan. This plan provides additional protection for car owners in case of damage to their vehicle, injuries sustained during a ride, or other incidents. The Driver Protection Plan includes:

  • Physical damage protection for the driver's vehicle.
  • Personal injury protection for the driver.
  • 24/7 roadside assistance.

This plan provides additional protection and peace of mind for our drivers while using the DrivePadi Technologies platform.

Protection for Guests:

We also offer protection for our guest through our Guest Protection Plan. This plan provides additional protection for guest in case of injury or other incidents during an active trip. The Guest Protection Plan includes:

  • Medical expense coverage for guests in case of injury during a ride.
  • Personal accident insurance for riders.
  • 24/7 roadside assistance.

This plan provides additional protection and peace of mind for our guests while using the DrivePadi Technologies platform.

Car Owner Requirements:

To be eligible for insurance coverage and protection as a driver on the DrivePadi Technologies platform, rider/guest must:

  • Car must be locally registered and 2008 upwards.
  • Have a valid car documents and license.
  • Have valid comprehensive insurance for their vehicle.
  • Car must pass inspection and background check before approval.
  • Meet any additional requirements or qualifications required by local regulations.

Guest Requirements:

To be eligible for protection as a rider on the DrivePadi Technologies platform, riders must:

  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the car owner.
  • Treat the vehicle with care and ensure its returned at same fuel gauge.
  • Not engage in any illegal or dangerous activities during the trip.

If a rider or guest violates any of these requirements or guidelines, they may not be eligible for insurance coverage or protection in the event of an incident during a ride.

We also encourage our users to report any incidents or accidents that occur during a ride as soon as possible. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist with any insurance or protection-related questions or concerns.
